Short-Wave IR

    SM’IRC

    Short-wave IR, very small surface.

    Focused heating over a few millimetres. Density 60 to 200 kW/m². 22 mm elliptical reflector. Stainless steel frame, high-temperature sleeves, dedicated cooling system, tube fastening via front face.

    IND’IRC

    Short-wave IR, small surface.

    Directional, instantaneous and precise heat. Localised heating or throughput products. Density 30 to 100 kW/m². 55 mm parabolic reflector. Active cooling of tube and reflector. Option: protection glass and dual laser-sighting pyrometer.

    PAINT’IRC

    Short-wave IR, medium surface.

    Homogeneous heating on large surfaces. Density 5 to 30 kW/m². Aluminium multi-facet reflector. Combinable 1 to 3 tube modules, tiling from 150 x 425 mm. Plug-in connector. Option: protection glass.

    IRC CERA

    Short-wave IR, large surface.

    High density on variable surfaces, from a few cm² to several m². Density 30 to 500 kW/m². Ceramic support for good high-temperature resistance. Available in compact Flash cassette for pad printing and ink drying. Option: electrical management cabinet.

    SOP’ZONE

    Short-wave, space heating.

    Industrial indoor or outdoor heating. Zone, detection-triggered or intermittent heating. No floor footprint. Aluminium multi-facet reflector. Clear or anti-dazzle tube. Option: stainless steel frame.

    Medium-wave, small surface.

    Patented high-performance emitter for processes with demanding thermal requirements. Length up to 1 metre, density up to 60 kW/m². 100% active surface, zero cold zones. Suitable for humid environments.

    MIR HP AGRO

    Medium-wave, small surface.

    MIR emitter designed for the food & beverage industry. Length up to 1.5 metres, density up to 60 kW/m². Non-fibrous insulator, stainless steel frame, double insulation, stainless steel connections. Suitable for humid environments.

    MIR HP ALU

    Medium-wave, medium surface.

    Emitter for large homogeneous surfaces. Length up to 3 metres, density up to 40 kW/m². Aluminium frame, M6 screw groove, connections in cabinet. Option: stainless steel mesh. Dry environment.

    High-density emitter for long lengths and harsh environments. Length up to 6 metres, density up to 70 kW/m². Machined ceramic slides, high-temperature frame. Suitable for humid environments.

    Long-wave, heavy parts.

    Heating of parts with very high thermal inertia. Density 5 to 40 kW/m², inertia 2 to 5 minutes. Electrically inert. Resistant to metallic and conductive dust projections. Nuclear and marine applications.

    Radiant Heated Floor

    Long-wave, surface heating.

    Uniform radiant heating on a large floor surface. Density 5 to 40 kW/m². Solution for processes requiring heating from below.

    Catalytic Infrared Burners

    Gas infrared, medium surface.

    Gas infrared catalytic panel. Surface temperature 180°C to 550°C, density up to 20 kW/m², power 1.5 to 17 kW.

    Catalytic Infrared Burners with Flanges or Fans

    Gas infrared, large surface.

    Gas catalytic panel with integrated ventilation. Surface temperature 180°C to 650°C, density 30 kW/m², power 6 to 25 kW.

For liquid paint and varnish on glass (perfumery): MIR HP, medium-wave IR. SWI would penetrate the transparent material without effectively heating it.

Liquid Paint

Homogeneous tunnel cooking, gratiné finishing, braising. MIR HP AGRO, medium-wave IR only for safety reasons (no glass breakage risk). Non-fibrous insulator, stainless steel frame, double insulation, suitable for humid environments. Density up to 60 kW/m².

Food & Beverage

Adhesive reactivation, heating of wires and profiles in continuous throughput. SM'IRC, short-wave IR. High density 60 to 200 kW/m², 22 mm aluminium reflector, focused heating over a few millimetres.

Automotive

Paper Drying & Coatings

Heating of parts with very high inertia (masses of several tens to hundreds of tonnes), industrial welding in harsh environments. Ceramic emitter, long-wave IR.
