RadiantLine™
Infrared emitters with efficiency above 90% and response time below 5 seconds. A precise and reactive source on which the rest of the system can rely.
Three elements combined for multiplied performance. The superiority of our ovens rests on a holistic approach: RadiantLine™ emitters, ThermalWorks™ ovens and the ThermalCore™ control cabinet are developed as a coherent whole. This integration maximises performance, precision and reliability.
Infrared emitters with efficiency above 90% and response time below 5 seconds. A precise and reactive source on which the rest of the system can rely.
Our custom ovens integrate emitters, reflectors, insulation and extraction into a coherent system. It is this integration that converts available power into useful, homogeneous heat.
Our control cabinets drive up to 500 independent zones in real time, with a reactivity matching that of the emitters. The intelligence that exploits every watt and detects any drift.
ThermalCore™ is the intelligence that transforms your infrared installation into an industrial production tool. Degree-level precision across hundreds of zones, real-time adaptation to each part, immediate detection of any drift: every parameter is under control, continuously. The result: maximum throughput, consistent quality and total repeatability, regardless of the volume or variety of your production runs.
Sopara has developed exclusively with its automation partners, over 15 years, an industrial touchscreen that represents your oven at true scale and in exact spatial orientation. From a single screen, the operator controls the entire installation without complex navigation. Result: 120 zones configured in under one hour.
Up to 500 independent zones: each emitter adapts its power to the part being processed.
Real-time oven visualisation, intuitive zone-by-zone parameter setting.
IR pyrometers and thermal cameras to analyse product temperature in real time.
Instant detection, graduated alerts, automatic shutdown based on defined criticality levels.
Complete cycle logging, personalised access via RFID badge, process data export.

Industrial Benefits

A major nuclear industry player needed to modernise its production equipment and drastically reduce the time required to set up heating cycles — a contact-based operation that immobilised lines for several weeks. On extremely high-value critical parts, any parameter error is unacceptable and every intervention must be traced and archived.
The Impact
Under 1 hour
Full configuration of 120 zones
Zero errors
Access and modifications secured by RFID badge
Total traceability
Every intervention identified, timestamped and archived

Industrialise the heating of variable-thickness 3D composite parts to strict aerospace standards: degree-level thermal homogeneity, absolute repeatability, complete traceability. And divide cycle times by 4 without any compromise on quality.
The Impact
±10°C at 450°C
Thermal precision validated in production
÷4
Cycle time and energy consumption
Certifiable traceability
Thermal curve recorded for every part

Process heterogeneous batches continuously — parts ranging from 20 cm to 1.20 m, 2 to 20 kg, all colours — without stopping the line between each batch. Every reference change previously required downtime and manual adjustment, directly penalising production throughput.
The Impact
0 downtime
Elimination of gaps between batches
Automatic adaptation
Dynamic settings for each part
Multi-reference production
Flexibility without performance loss
Alerts & Self-Monitoring
Instant fault detection. Graduated alerts: indicator light, audible alarm, SMS/email or automatic shutdown. Thresholds defined according to the risk analysis of each installation.
Access Control & Traceability
RFID badge with differentiated rights per user. Parameter change logging, complete history to trace the root cause of any issue and restore validated settings.
FMEA Analysis
Expertise acquired in the nuclear sector, rare in the market. Failure mode prediction to de-risk construction and guarantee reliability.
International Standards & Adaptability
CE and UL compliance. Adaptation to the voltage and frequency of each country: 400V/50Hz in France, 415-420V in the UK, 460-480V/60Hz in the United States.
A standard cabinet manages power globally, with few zones and limited reactivity. ThermalCore™ is designed specifically for infrared systems: it controls up to 500 independent zones with a reactivity below 5 seconds — matching that of the emitters. It also integrates advanced self-diagnostics, traceability and safety functions that general-purpose cabinets do not offer.
Every ThermalCore™ cabinet is custom-designed based on a functional analysis and a risk assessment specific to the project. The number of zones, alert thresholds, safety logic, HMI and integrated measurement instruments are defined with the client. The cabinet is validated step by step before manufacture, then tested in the workshop to ISO 9001 standards before delivery.
Our ThermalCore™ cabinets control up to 500 independent zones simultaneously. Each zone individually adjusts its power in real time according to the characteristics of the part being processed. It is this pixelisation that makes it possible to achieve thermal homogeneity that is impossible to obtain with global regulation.
Thresholds are defined with the client on the basis of risk analyses and FMEA analyses — a methodology derived from the nuclear sector, rare among market players. Every fault is classified according to its hazard level and consequences. The associated response — indicator light, audible alarm, SMS, email or automatic shutdown — is configured accordingly, in line with the safety rules of each installation.
Yes. ThermalCore™ complies with CE and UL standards. It adapts to the voltage and frequency of each country: 400V/50Hz in France, 415-420V in the UK, 460-480V/60Hz in the United States. This adaptability makes it possible to deploy the same solution across industrial sites worldwide, without any compromise on regulatory compliance.
Thanks to the graphical HMI developed exclusively by our automation partners, onboarding is fast even on complex installations. A 120-zone oven was fully configured in under one hour. Training is provided by Sopara teams at commissioning, with full knowledge transfer to the operators.
